Rental Policies Check In Unless we notify you otherwise, please check-in and pick up your keys at our office, which is located at 804 San Luis Obispo Pl (The northeast corner of Mission Blvd and San Luis Obispo Place). You can park on the street along Mission Blvd where allowed. Parking in any other area can lead to your vehicle being towed, please be advised. Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, unless your unit is available earlier – give us a call the day before your arrival date to ask about getting in earlier.
If you must check-in after the regular hours please let us know at least 1 week prior to your arrival, but no less than 72 hours prior to your arrival so that we can make arrangements. We do not anticipate any, but should you encounter difficulties on your check-in please call our office (858) 488-2550. We hope you have a wonderful vacation, if we can be of any assistance please give us a call during normal business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and we’ll be happy to assist.
CHECK OUT
Before checking out, please wash all dishes, take out trash and leave all used towels in the bathroom. Do not strip the beds. Please return keys to office, if the office is closed when you check out please place keys in the aluminum mail slot to the left of the office buildings front door. Lost or Missing Keys not returned to Mission Sands after your departure are subject to a $35 lost key fee charged to your credit card.
