We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Retreat. The unit was nice and comfortable. We did have a plumbing problem but management came right away and fixed the problem. Also, the washer/dryer did not work after we did a few loads. Other than that the kitchen was spotless and the patio was very nice. We spent 8 days recently at the Bay Front Villa. Had a great time -- great views -- very nice condo -- close to many attractions (San Diego Zoo, Sea World, the mountains, etc.). Good area restaurants. Have stayed in condos in other states and must say that Mission Sands was the best rental agency we have ever used. Wow!! This condo is amazing and a real head turner! We really enjoyed ourselves and loved being able to watch the sunset from the unit.

Very convenient to beach and surrounding area. Very clean and
comfortble, also everthing you needed was available, kitchen, microwave etc.
A definite plus was to have a parking
place. Also the patio was nice and
spacey.

We were there in June 2006 and the condo is nice but it is not for 11 adults. It was clean and nice and very near the beach. 4 adults 3 kids and one small car and you are good to go.
