The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and a futon and is located on the first floor. This bedroom has an ocean view and a full bathroom.
The living room has a comfortable setting with a couch, love-seat and a flat screen HDTV.
The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You can sit in the dining room and stare at the waves while sipping tea or enjoying some lunch. Plenty of room for all to gather around.
Walk the boardwalk to seaside dining or the souvenir shops. You can truly enjoy the beach, ocean and views without paying for ocean front prices.
There are 2 parking spaces. One in the garage and one covered next to it. Super bonus, this house has AIR CONDITIONING!
