These two separate units reside within the same house. One car carport with this unit. Shared washer and dryer with the 2 bedroom unit is located downstairs on the first floor.
Both units have elevator access.
**This unit has a strict 5 day minimum in the off-season. During the summer months it can only be rented in 7 day increments from Saturday to Saturday.**
