The one drawback may be that the unit does not have a kitchen table, but there is the counter/breakfast bar which has ample room for six people to sit and eat.
The living room has sweeping views of the ocean and of the boardwalk. The couch is a pull out for two more people. The living also has a TV, VCR, DVD player, and a stereo system.
Ocean Front Extasy #1 shares a spacious patio on the ground floor which has ocean views. This patio is shared with the building and has a gas BBQ and two sets of table and chairs.
The condo is located on the BOARDWALK - near all Mission Beach restaurants & clubs. It includes one parking spot on site.
