San Diego Beach Rentals

San Diego Beach Rentals are available all year round in the Mission Beach, Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, and Ocean Beach areas. We have something for every traveler. In the past 3 years we have increased our inventory because of the growing need for single travelers as well as large groups. We have recently added luxury studios on the beach front and also 6 bedroom homes on the bay. Mission Sands Vacation Rentals offers San Diego travelers the ability to be at home away from home.

Our beach rentals are mostly situated in Mission Beach, California. Mission Beach is a 2.5 mile peninsula where everything is within 2 blocks from the Pacific Ocean or Mission Bay. One has the ability to go surfing at the ocean or sailing on the bay. There is also a board walk that stretches along the bay side and the ocean side of Mission Beach.

Staying at a San Diego Beach Rental is a great idea in the off-season. One can enjoy the un-crowded beaches in the off-season, biking and jogging on the boardwalk, and sailing in the bay. One can also enjoy luxury rentals in the off-season at the fraction of the cost for the peak season. A penthouse in the summer may rent for $6500 per week while a penthouse in the off-season may rent for $2000 per week.

Belmont Park – Right in the heart of mission beach is San Diego’s oldest roller coaster, the Big Dipper. It was built in 1927 and is a half mile long on a wooden track. It was restored in 1990 and then reopened as a historical site of San Diego. The park also has restaurants, shops, and a variety of other rides. Another favorite attraction is the Plunge which is an Olympic size pool with fresh water.

In the past few years we have been able to accommodate wedding parties, graduations, and family reunions. We have increased our inventory of San Diego Beach Rentals so that we have beach rentals within walking distance of each other. This enables us to accommodate parties of 20-40 people at one time.
